The 2025 Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition opened on May 15 in Shunyi, Beijing. SITECH introduced its independently developed "SCAP Self-Curable Aqueous Pigment Ink." The exhibition showcased inkjet printing technology directly on PET film, Tyvek (DuPont paper), and coated paper. Unlike typical aqueous inks that require pretreatment and high-temperature baking, SCAP only needs to be printed directly onto a pre-coated PET film surface, completing the first curing reaction and initially curing on the PET surface. It then undergoes a second curing reaction through low-temperature baking at about 50°C, achieving full curing. Printing on coated paper requires no pretreatment; direct printing achieves curing immediately.

In addition to its mature UV inkjet ink technology applied across various industries, SITECH’s core product, the "SCAP Self-Curable Aqueous Pigment Ink," developed over seven years, has been successfully applied since its release in 2024 to coated paper/Daolin paper, textiles, PET film, and Tyvek (DuPont paper).
