SITECH Joins Global Industrial Printing Technology Leaders in Germany

SITECH successfully exhibited and delivered a technical presentation at IPI 2025 (Industrial Print Integration Conference), held in Düsseldorf, Germany, from November 12–13, 2025.

IPI is one of the world’s leading events for industrial inkjet and printing technologies. It focuses on the latest innovations across printhead development, ink formulation, system integration, automation/AI, Industry 4.0, and sustainable manufacturing, serving as a key international platform for technical exchange.

This year’s IPI 2025 featured multiple technical tracks, including customised print systems, printhead design, inks & ink formulations, UV-LED curing, IR drying, big data management, AI, automation, and sustainable production. SITECH was honored to introduce our self-developed SCAP self-curable water-based ink technology on such a global, cross-industry stage that unites innovation with practical applications.

With increasingly strict environmental regulations in Europe and the global shift toward carbon reduction and lower VOC emissions, SCAP’s self-curable, VOC-free water-based pigment system offers a new solution for improving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in industrial printing. Designed for industrial-grade applications, SCAP requires no UV, IR, or hot-air curing, significantly reducing equipment energy consumption and helping users achieve a better balance between quality, cost, and environmental responsibility.

As Industry 4.0, sustainable manufacturing, digital printing, functional printing, 3D printing, and even printed electronics continue to converge at a rapid pace, the limitations of traditional screen printing and manual coating methods are becoming more apparent. More companies are seeking next-generation printing processes that deliver high efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness—precisely where SCAP technology delivers unique value.

Through this exhibition, we not only shared our technical achievements but also gained deeper insights into European industry needs, partner expectations, and emerging technical standards. Moving forward, SITECH looks forward to collaborating with more international partners to drive a greener, more efficient, and smarter industrial printing ecosystem, contributing to global sustainability.
